Day 01: SRINAGAR

Arrive Srinagar, Meet and Greet and check in to hotel. Late afternoon we visit Shikara ride on Dal Lake visiting floating Vegetable gardens etc. Also witness walnut woodcarving and papier machie making demonstration. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02: SRINAGAR

After breakfast we visit Mughal Gardens ‘’Nishat Bagh (Abode of pleasure) built by Asif Khan Brother in law of Jahangir in 1632 AD. And Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love) built wife Empress Noor Jehan. All the by Jahangir for his Gardens are situated on the bank of Dal Lake with the Zabarwan Mountains in the background. The distance from Srinagar to the said gardens is about 12 and 15 kms respectively. Enroute visit carpet-weaving factory. Overnight at hotel.
 

Day 03: Srinagar – Gulmarg - Srinagar (56KMS/ 2HRS)

After breakfast we drive to colorful villages and rice fields, gives you an insight of the rich cultural past of Kashmir. We arrive at a small picturesque market town of Tangmarg and drive ahead on a scenic drive of 14 kilometers to Gulmarg. We arrive in Gulmarg early in the afternoon and begin a short tour around the meadow familiarizing ourselves with the beauty we descend back to Gulmarg base after an hour or so and later do some horse-riding to the strawberry valley. In the evening we will drive back to Srinagar where we can take walk along the banks of the Dal Lake. Dinner and Overnight at hotel.
 

Day 04: Srinagar - Pahalgam – Srinagar (97KMS / 3HRS)

After breakfast we visit picture valley around 97 kilometers South of Kashmir. Known as Pahalgam (which means The Shepherds Village), the valley is renowned the world over for its exotic forests, pretty water streams and imposing snow peaks. In Pahalgam you can visit Betaab Valley and Chandanwari as well as take a horse riding trip to Baisaran meadows. After sightseeing around the mountain valley for most of the day, we will drive back to Srinagar and overnight at houseboat.
 

Day 05: Srinagar - Sonamarg - Srinagar (80KMS / 2HRS)

After breakfast we drive to the majestic mountain resort of Sonamarg. The route towards Sonamarg takes us on a picturesque country side drive where we will come across rolling hills, green forests, clear water streams and blooming rice fields. We will zoom past the town of Kangan which handles all the local needs of this region. The spot is built in the middle of the river Sindh and looks like an island with snow glaciers covering one or the other spot. In Sonamarg we will take a 3 hour walk or horseback trip to the Thajiwas glacier. After our return we will visit the small town market for some snacks or just pay a visit observing the local people going with their daily routine. We will drive back to Srinagar in the evening . Overnight at houseboat.
 

Day 06: SRINAGAR

After breakfast we drive to airport to take our flight back to Delhi.

Day 1: Srinagar

On arrival at Srinagar, you will be met by our representative and transfer you to Houseboat. Half day tour of world famous Mughal Gardens visiting the Nishat Bagh (The garden of pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love). In the evening Shikara ride on Dal Lake to enjoy the sunset. Overnight at Houseboat.
 

Day 2: Srinagar – Sonmarg – Srinagar ( 168 kms )

Full day excursion to Sonmarg which is the most beautiful drive from Srinagar. On the way we stop at many beautiful spots. Continue drive to Sonmarg 2690 Mtrs (Meadow of Gold). One can ride on horse to visit to Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains round the year and Sonmarg is known as Gateway of Ladakh. In the evening return to Houseboat. Overnight at Houseboat.
 

Day 3: Srinagar – Pahalgam

After breakfast, leave from Srinagar and drive to Pahalgam 2440 Mtrs (Vale of Kashmir) on the way visit Saffron fields and Avantipur ruins which is eleven hundred years old temple. Finally by the lunch time you will reach Pahalgam which is the most famous place for Indian Film Industry. After lunch enjoy the nature charm of the valley. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 4 : Pahalgam

Day to enjoy the beauty of the Pahalgam valley. Overnight at Hotel.
 

Day 5 : Pahalgam / Gulmarg ( 149 kms )

After breakfast leave for Gulmarg which is one of the most beautiful summer resort in the valley. It is also popular for its golf course (in summer), the highest in the world and skiing during the winter season. Enjoy the splendor of nature and the snowy mountains. One can have Gondola ride (cable car) from Gulmarg to Khalinmarg. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 6: Gulmarg – Sringar 93 Kms

After breakfast leave Gulmarg and drive to Srinagar. Afternoon free for personal activities. Overnight at Hotel.
 

Day 7 : Srinagar

Transfer in time to the airport to connect onwards destination flight.
